Welcome to SHIKRA, a product of WebSpec Solution LLP. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the SHIKRA platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

SHIKRA provides a comprehensive institute management system that includes student information management, fee collection, attendance tracking, communication tools, and other administrative features for educational institutions.

3. User Accounts

To use SHIKRA, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your login credentials with others

4. Subscription and Payment

Our services are offered on a subscription basis:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are provided as per our refund policy
• Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' access to the service
• Use the service for any illegal or harmful purposes

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you input into the SHIKRA platform. We do not claim ownership of your data. We use your data solely to provide and improve our services as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebSpec Solution LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SHIKRA.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may terminate for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, your access to the service will cease
• Data export options are available before termination

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tripura, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
